How To Become an Advertiser or Sponsor with the Philadelphia Region SCCA.

Advertising with the Philadelphia Region SCCA is a great way to get your business in front of our more than 700 members and the non-members that participate in our events. There are many avenues for advertising and sponsorship. We offer ads in our monthly Spokesman newsletter, ads on our Region truck and website ads on our Sponsorship page that can link to your email address or website. We also offer sponsorships of the various competition events that run throughout the year as well as our member gatherings. You can be a title sponsor for an entire series, get your name on our trophies or support single events and awards. Be creative, we are open to any sponsorship ideas you may have.

If you purchase top-level annual ads or series sponsorship, you automatically get an ad on our website for no extra charge. All sponsors will be responsible for paying for the graphics and ad design unless they wish to supply their own.

The Region and its chairs reserve the right to reject an ad or sponsorship for any reason.

Truck Ads

All prices below are for one calendar year. Renewal billing will be on January 1. Ads purchased from Feb. through Sep. will be prorated. Ads purchased in Oct., Nov. and Dec. will be billed at the annual rate and run through the end of the following year. Please contact the Regional Executive or the Treasurer for more information.

Ads can be any shape and will be billed according to the area used. If you supply your own graphics, they should be sign-maker's sticky vinyl on backing paper that can be applied directly to the truck in one application.

Spokesman Newsletter Ads

Display ad runs of 6 months or longer and paid in advance get a 15% discount on the monthly rate and a website ad. All ads expire on Dec. 31. The Spokesman will be issued 8 to 12 times a year Advertisements will be accepted in 300 ppi JPEG, TIF, or EPS formats. The publisher of the Spokesman can assemble an ad for you at a rate of $30 an hour. Contact the Spokesman editor or Regional Executive for more information.

Other Events

Title sponsorship of Solo, Road Rally and RallyCross series and events are available. Also sponsorships of event trophies and year-end awards can be purchased. Contact the program chairs for pricing and availability. Philadelphia Region is an integral part of Tri-Region Race Group. Sponsorship of Tri-Region Club Racing events (race, race group, car class, or marque) is available. Please contact the Tri-Region Chair for details. Other events you can sponsor include our annual banquet and our General Membership meetings.
